I didn't think that voting in Flower Mound could be any more interesting than most of our town elections. However, that was before I was the Election Judge for the Primary Election at the Flower Mound Municipal Courts Building for four precincts. We ran out of ballots! We had about 150 people in line ready to vote and waiting for ballots to be delivered. I just want to say that overall the people in line were very cooperative. Of course, one person called Fox 4 News to let them know about the situation. A reporter showed up ready to film the chaos, but, by that time, we had already handled all of those people in about 20 minutes! Moreover, we weren't the only precincts to run out of ballots. I heard several stories Tuesday night when I finally turned in my election stuff about 10:00 p.m. They are going to have a hard time talking me into working another election.
