Decisions on climate change policy hang in the balance on
Capitol
Hill, and affordable energy can be threatened by unreasonable
regulatory demand. As citizens of the largest energy-producing state
in the
nation, we Texans must be on our toes. As the American Clean
Energy and
Security Act of 2009 makes its way through Congress, we’re
hearing a wide range
of estimates on what the actions of lawmakers
will cost American consumers.
