Argyle Varsity Players Prepare for Championship

Ten varsity players traveled to Allen, Texas at the end of April to compete in the 3A Region 2 Tournament. Zach Santagate (Freshman) and Molly McMullen (Senior) fell short in the first round of singles.

Argyle Boys and Girls Varsity Tennis Team Win District 3A Championship

AHS Eagles dominated the tournament, held April 13th and 14th, with ten players receiving First Team All-District Honors. Those ten players (including all four senior athletes) will advance to the Regional Tournament next week, and will face some tough competitors.

The AHS Eagle Tennis team, looking to ready themselves for the upcoming 3A District competition, attended the tournament hosted by Frisco Centennial High School on Friday, April 3, 2009, and took home the First Place Trophy.
