											<title>LAC swimmers ready for state meet</title>
											<description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Lakeside Aquatics Club is hoping for a strong showing at the
upcoming Texas Age Group Swimming Long Course State Championships.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The event – which begins on Thursday and runs through Sunday –
will be held at Texas A&amp;amp;M University and is strictly for swimmers
ages 14 and under. The LAC, one of the fastest growing swim clubs in
the state, expects to send more swimmers to this meet than nearly any
other team in Texas.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

											<title>LAC swimmers post record times at meet</title>
											<description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Lakeside Aquatics Club faced a tougher road at last weekend’s sectional championships.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The 2009 Speedo Championship Series Sectional Championships –
held at the University of Houston – was regarded as one of the fastest
sectional championships in the U.S. and featured some of the top
swimmers from USA swim clubs in Texas and Louisiana. LAC sent 21
swimmers to this year’s event, 16 more than the year before.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

											<title>LAC ready for another big meet</title>
											<description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Lakeside Aquatics Club sent 21 swimmers to this weekend’s 2009 Speedo Championship Series Sectional Championships. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The sectionals are currently ongoing and will run through July
19 at the University of Houston. The event is open to all USA swim
clubs in Texas and Louisiana. The LAC sent just five swimmers to this
same event a year ago.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

											<title>Big meet coming up for local swimmers</title>
											<description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Lakeside Aquatics Club will compete in what is being dubbed
as its most important meet of the season at the Bill Nixon Memorial
Long Course A Invitational on June 26.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The event – which is slated to run through the 28th – will be
at the Keller ISD Natatorium and will feature some of the fastest and
more up and coming swimmers in the state. Competitors are hoping to
meet time standards for the upcoming state and national level meets,
including among others, the state championship meet (TAGS).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
