											<description>FMPD officers responded to Flamingo Drive at 6:17 p.m. on Friday, January 11 where it was reported that a white male driving a white panel van stopped and said &amp;ldquo;hey&amp;rdquo; to an 8-year-old child while she was riding her bike.&amp;nbsp; The little girl was frightened and ran to tell her mother.&amp;nbsp; The driver did not exit the van and drove away.</description>

											<title>Lawsuit vs. Flower Mound dismissed</title>
											<description>&lt;br /&gt;The Fort Worth Court of Appeals issued an opinion on August 31 dismissing the lawsuit filed against the Town of Flower Mound by James C. and Susan Sanford relative to the Town&amp;rsquo;s annexation of Phase 3 of Tour 18.&lt;br /&gt;In November 2006, the Sanfords filed suit against the Town in an attempt to halt the Town&amp;rsquo;s annexation of Phase 3 of Tour 18.&amp;nbsp; The trial court initially granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the Town from the proposed annexation; however, on November 30, 2006, the trial court dissolved the temporary restraining order. In December 2006, the Town completed the annexation of Phase 3 of Tour 18.</description>

											<description>On Thursday at 4:11 p.m. the Flower Mound Police and Fire Department received a 911 call regarding an injured person at 2220 Garden Ridge Blvd.&amp;nbsp; Upon investigation it was discovered that 15 year old Kyle Darroca was being pulled on his skateboard by a&amp;nbsp;Ford Explorer&amp;nbsp;driven by a 16 year old male (Kyles best friend) in the parking lot of Garden Ridge Elementary School.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Kyle fell and was run over by the towing vehicle.&amp;nbsp;</description>

											<title>Worker Electrocuted at Liberty School</title>
											<description>A worker at Liberty Christian School died this morning after being electrocuted while working on the football field stadium lights, police said. The accident occurred about 11:30 a.m. at the school on U.S. 377 in Argyle. Argyle Fire officials had to call the Denton Fire Department for a rescue truck with a ladder to reach the victim, who was at the top of a light pole.</description>
